Details of the Job/Internship
The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be supporting the Group Legal team for all the relevant legal administrative assignments. The incumbent is required to have experience with contract management and review, ideally in a recruitment/executive search firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with Contract management, contract review, contract drafting, email writing
- Compiling and analyzing data
- Experience in transcribing and proofreading of legal documents
- Working actively on the Company’s legal tools
- Provide administrative, litigation, and ongoing research
- Knowledge of local / labor laws.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Strong literary skills in reading and writing.
- Ability to process multiple assignments.
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative.
- Adaptable to IT systems, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High energy and work ethic, team player.
- Excellent communication skills for remote work.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong background in executive search, research, or a related field.
- Extensive exposure to paralegal activities.
- Experience with contract management.
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
