Details of the Job/Internship
Sheffield Haworth is hiring a Legal Assistant Paralegal with experience of 2 years to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves supporting the Group Legal team in legal administrative assignments, including contract management, legal documentation review, research support, and coordination of legal processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with contract management, contract review, contract drafting, and email correspondence.
- Compile and analyse data relevant to legal assignments.
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents.
- Work actively with the company’s legal tools and systems.
- Provide administrative support, litigation assistance, and ongoing legal research.
- Maintain knowledge of local and labour laws.
- Support the Group Legal team with legal administrative tasks and documentation processes.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in executive search, research, or a related field.
- Experience in paralegal activities and contract management.
- Familiarity with legal documents and legal terminology.
- Highly organised with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to IT systems and databases.
- Demonstrated interest in technology with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Strong literacy skills in reading and writing.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills for remote work.
