Details of the Job/Internship

Keshar Developers is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant – Real Estate Company with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including sale deeds, agreements, MOUs, and contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants and advocates on property matters.
• Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to relevant property laws.
• Conduct title verification and land/property due diligence.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and records for projects and clients.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Sound knowledge of real estate laws, RERA regulations, and legal documentation practices.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
