Details of the Job/Internship
Sonigara Corp is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant (Real - Estate) to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and sale deeds, particularly in Marathi.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team and assist in day-to-day legal operations.
- Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, and case records.
- Conduct legal research as required and summarize findings for the team.
- Coordinate communication within the legal department and with other teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes, especially in real estate law.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents in Marathi..
- Experience with agreements, sale deeds, and property documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a real estate legal role is preferred.
