Legodesk supports collection operations end-to-end by dispatching legal notices, engaging tele-collections, field teams, filing suits for recoveries, and conducting Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings.

Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Legal Executive with experience in handling litigation to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints.
• Review, draft, and vet contracts and agreements for clients.
• Draft replies to notices from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and statutory/regulatory bodies.
• Retrieve required details and data for drafting documents.
• Assist clients in arbitration, Lok Adalats, conciliation, and other matters.
• Onboard lawyers in different cities based on client requirements.
• Maintain MIS of all litigation against the company, senior management, and officers.
• Follow up on a case-to-case basis with advocates/legal officers.
• Ensure timely processing of advocate/vendor bills.
• Manage legal operations such as case filings and dispatch of legal notices.

Eligibility

• A 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degree.
• Experience in handling litigation (consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency matters).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, video conferencing tools, communication tools, and PowerPoint.

Salary/Stipend
