Details of the Job/Internship
AR Rahman Tax & Accounting Services is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 1 year to support legal and tax services in a remote role aligned with Canadian timings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to lawyers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Support problem-solving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Use MS Office and legal software for documentation and workflow management.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Professional English speaking and writing skills.
- Knowledge of law and legal document preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in a legal or tax environment is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
