Avinash Law Offices is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 0–3 years to support day-to-day legal and administrative operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and legal workflows.
- Assist advocates with case files, briefs, and documentation.
- Draft and format routine legal documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Coordinate filings, court dates, and deadlines across multiple forums.
- Maintain organised physical and digital case records.
- Liaise with court clerks, registry offices, and external stakeholders.
- Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and basic case status updates.
- Support interns and junior team members with administrative guidance.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior exposure to litigation offices or court work is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, basic legal research tools, and professional email communication.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
