Chintan Chotaliya & Associates is hiring a Legal Assistant for a non-litigation role based in Ahmedabad. The position focuses on property law and documentation as applicable in Gujarat, with an emphasis on drafting property-related documents in English and Gujarati.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft property-related legal documents in English and Gujarati.
• Handle property law documentation matters specific to Gujarat.
• Assist in non-litigation legal work relating to property matters.

Eligibility

• Junior Advocate with knowledge of property law and documentation prevailing in Gujarat.
• Experience in drafting property-related documents in English and Gujarati.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Candidates interested in non-litigation work.
• Court practice experience will not be considered.

Salary/Stipend
