Details of the Job/Internship
Cyber Hospitality is hiring a Legal Assistant to support its U.S.-based legal team. This client-facing, full-time role requires professional English proficiency and strong communication skills. While prior North American experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical support for cases.
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents efficiently.
- Communicate directly with clients and assist in case management.
- Support trial preparation and coordinate with attorneys on required materials.
- Gather facts, evidence, and relevant documentation for ongoing cases.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the legal team.
- Ensure ethical handling of client data and confidentiality at all times.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with case management software such as PracticePanther or Clio preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
