Details of the Job/Internship

dhampurgreen.com is hiring a Legal Assistant with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate property contracts, lease agreements, and sale deeds.
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, ownership, land use, and zoning regulations.
• Manage and resolve property-related disputes through legal channels or out-of-court settlements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national property laws and regulations.
• Liaise with government bodies, property consultants, and internal departments for legal documentation and approvals.
• Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation of property-related legal files.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property law.
• Experience in legal document preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and legal projects simultaneously.
