Details of the Job/Internship

Doctor Mohammed Hassan Al Raeesi Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Dubai/Sharjah.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Support litigation processes by preparing case files, submissions, and court documentation.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Liaise with government departments, regulators, and external legal counsel.
• Maintain and update legal records, case logs, and compliance registers.
• Monitor changes in UAE laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.8 or above. 2–4 years of relevant legal experience within the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Salary/Stipend
