Eastman Auto & Power Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Assistant to join them at their office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing domestic and cross-border legal contracts.
• Opportunity to conduct legal due diligence.
• Managing and assisting in litigation cases.
• Gain experience in handling intellectual property matters.
• Capable of researching complex legal propositions.

Eligibility

• A final-year law student who is passionate and curious about legal matters and keen interest in learning about legal matters in the corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills especially legal writing.
• Eager to explore diverse areas of law and contribute to real-world legal matters
• Must be capable in paying Attention-to-detail in reviewing legal papers
