Details of the Job/Internship

ELT Corporate Private Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant to join their Dahi, Madhya Pradesh office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team with drafting legal documents and responses.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support casework.
• Help coordinate responses to inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Resolve operational issues related to filing applications for certificates.
• Support the preparation of legal documents and compliance materials.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through formal emails and texts.
• Demonstrate strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Pay attention to detail and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments.

Eligibility

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a Master’s degree (LLM) or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
• Experience: 6 months - 2 years of experience in legal research, document drafting, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in legal consultancy, legal firm, regulatory practice, or related fields is preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research, documentation, and drafting, excellent verbal and written English skills, and adeptness at communicating complex information clearly.
• Personality Traits: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong willingness to work within a dynamic regulatory environment. Able to adapt to new challenges, think critically, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
