Details of the Job/Internship
Equity Law Firm is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and case files.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and client communication.
- Assist lawyers in conducting legal research and gathering case-related information.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, courts, and internal teams.
- Maintain and manage legal records, case tracking systems, and deadlines.
- Support attorneys during court proceedings and client meetings, as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
