Details of the Job/Internship
GMM Pfaudler is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Assistant.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of sales contracts, suppliers contracts, third-party agreements, lease agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, recovery notices, disputes, litigations, other IT & HR matters including Liasoning with HODs / outside counsels.
- Assistance in overseeing all the IPR of the company including any trademarks, patents, etc. by ensuring proper documentation and protection for the same.
- Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Assisting the Secretarial & Legal team for the Preparation of various agenda, notes, reports, presentations and minutes for Risk Management & ESG matters.
- Assisting in enhancing the compliance standards, processes and systems to ensure good corporate governance practices and implement various initiatives suggested by the Senior management/ HODs for legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM Experience.
- Work experience : 2- 4 years.
- Good knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Trademarks, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, etc.
- Excellent drafting & communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
