Details of the Job/Internship
Holistic Group is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves providing legal support for real estate transactions, land documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government authorities and external stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents, agreements, MoUs, and sale deeds.
- Handling agricultural land documentation and understanding land-related laws.
- Preparing and reviewing title search reports and Satbara (7/12) records.
- Managing property registration, revenue documentation, and liaising with government and revenue offices.
- Ensuring compliance with property laws, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Providing legal support to management on real estate transactions.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records of legal matters.
- Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English and Marathi, preferably.
- Moderate to strong financial understanding.
- Licensed lawyer or professional with a strong legal or revenue background is preferred.
- Experience in real estate legal work will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, registration processes, and related compliances.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
