Details of the Job/Internship
HRA Groups is hiring a Legal Executive for insurance fraud and recovery matters to join its office in Bhandup, Maharashtra.
- The position is work from office with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft complaint matters based on client case details.
- Communicate with insurance companies and grievance or compliance departments.
- Handle grievance redressal procedures on behalf of clients.
- Assist in legal documentation and recovery matters.
- Prepare insurance fraud cases as per client information.
- Send complaints via email or post to relevant departments.
- Handle daily follow-ups with insurance companies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on case status.
- Prepare a minimum of four complaint matters daily.
- Prepare case documentation for the Ombudsman.
- Follow up on payments with clients.
- Handle matters related to Section 138.
- File cases in the Consumer Forum.
- Maintain daily reporting to the reporting manager.
- Assist in providing case-related guidance and training to clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree, with LL.B preferred.
- Freshers may apply.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet usage.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Average to good spoken English.
- Strong drafting ability in English and any regional language.
- Willingness to work long term.
- Work from office with no work from home option.
