Details of the Job/Internship
HYPERLOOP CONSULTANCY GROUP is hiring a Legal Assistant with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review MOUs, Development Agreements, POAs, Consent Letters, and other legal documents for society redevelopment projects.
- Provide legal support and coordination between society members, developers, and consultants.
- Conduct legal due diligence and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with government departments and local authorities for registrations and approvals.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, opinions, and case references.
- Maintain and organize all legal records, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist in client meetings and represent the company during document executions and registrations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council License (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or society-related legal work.
- Strong knowledge of the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society Act, MOFA, and RERA guidelines.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
