Details of the Job/Internship
Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Development Agreements, MOUs, Letters of Intent, Consent Letters, and Powers of Attorney.
- Conduct legal research on RERA, MOFA, DCPR/UDCPR, 79A certifications, and related legal frameworks.
- Support compliance, documentation, and filing processes for redevelopment projects.
- Attend society meetings, developer briefings, and client consultations.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams and external legal consultants.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents in accordance with legal and regulatory norms.
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of Property Law, CHS Law, and real estate regulations.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and formal document preparation.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Marathi is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or currently in final year of LL.B.
- Prior internship or exposure to property law or CHS-related matters is an added advantage.
