Details of the Job/Internship

iPrime Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Legal and Compliance Assistant supporting US-based operations from India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, vendor, and employee agreements
• Analyze legal terms in RFPs and provide risk assessments and recommendations
• Support insurance-related matters, including policy review and coordination with US brokers
• Maintain and update corporate filings and ensure statutory compliance
• Manage contract lifecycle processes, including renewals and amendments
• Maintain a centralized legal document repository with proper version control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US time zones
• Assist in process optimization and workflow design
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role
• Exposure to US contracts and SaaS/IT legal environments
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
• Academic requirement: 85%+ in 10th and 12th
• Ability to work in US EDT hours

Salary/Stipend
