Details of the Job/Internship
iPrime Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage SLAs, MSAs, NDAs, vendor, and employee contracts.
- Analyze RFPs for legal risks and prepare summaries for the RFP team.
- Review insurance policies, coordinate with U.S. brokers, and support cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate filings and statutory bodies.
- Collaborate across time zones for communication and project execution.
- Design and streamline legal processes and maintain version control.
- Manage a centralized legal document repository and ensure accessibility.
- Support legal compliance and optimize legal workflows across the company.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- 85% and above in 10th and 12th Boards.
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is mandatory.
- Exposure to U.S. clients, U.S. contracts, and IT-related legal compliance is essential.
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) hours.
