Justpoint is hiring a Legal Assistant with 2 years of experience to join their office online.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of mass tort cases from inception through resolution.
- Assist in medical records retrieval and review.
- Review and manage client documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal assistants to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless case progression.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case status as directed, gathering necessary information, and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or case manager in mass torts (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in case management software and remote communication tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Must be self-motivated and positive with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
