Details of the Job/Internship

Khoday Group is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their corporate office in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize a wide range of legal documents, including contracts and internal policies.
• Conduct focused legal research to support the legal team in ongoing industrial and corporate matters.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department, including maintaining accurate case records.
• Manage professional communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure strict compliance with legal standards, regulatory filings, and judicial deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and briefings for senior legal counsel.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Previous experience in a professional legal or corporate environment is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
