Details of the Job/Internship
KYG Estate X is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal administrative support, preparation and review of legal documents, management of legal files, and coordination to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal administrative support to the legal department.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Assist in managing and maintaining legal files and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients and internal team members.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the legal department.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in law and legal assistant roles.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in administrative assistance and task management with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate and property regulations is an advantage.
