Details of the Job/Internship

Law Hero is seeking an English-speaking Legal Assistant for client projects in Laos and Myanmar. Remote probationary period available with potential relocation to Vientiane, Laos. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memos;
• Draft commercial contracts;
• Assist with company incorporation and other corporate secretary tasks;
• Undertake legal research; and
• Prepare legal publications and assist with other business development tasks.

Eligibility

Ideal Candidate:

• A law degree and admission to practise law in your home country;
• Work or internship experience with a reputable law firm or organisation; and
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
