Margadarsi Chit Fund Private Limited is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Chennai. The role involves providing support to the legal team through legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining legal files, and coordinating with clients and courts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Maintain legal files.
- Coordinate with clients and courts.
- Manage schedules and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Strong research, drafting, and document review skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in coordinating with clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
- Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus.
