Details of the Job/Internship
Measto Infra Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondences.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry norms.
- Maintain and organize legal files, compliance records, and case documentation.
- Assist in ensuring company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed.
- Support in the preparation of reports, notices, and other legal filings.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and ensure implementation of best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (LL.B. preferred).
- Prior experience in handling legal documentation and contracts.
- Proficient in legal research and interpretation of statutory laws.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and compliance practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
