Details of the Job/Internship
Parth Realcon Private Limited is hiring a Legal Assistant for a full-time, on-site role at its Jaipur office. The role involves supporting the legal team through legal documentation, research, record management, and administrative assistance. The Legal Assistant will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations and compliance with applicable standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing and assisting in drafting legal documents.
- Conducting legal research.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation.
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the legal team.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in ensuring legal compliance and smooth legal operations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in law and legal document preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with infrastructure sector regulations is an advantage.
