Details of the Job/Internship
Phoenix Real Estate Solutions is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Pune City.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents.
- Coordinating with clients for E-registration processes.
- Managing and maintaining case files.
- Supporting legal and administrative functions.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with a strong understanding of legal terminology.
- Experience in administrative tasks, including case file management and appointment coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of E-registration processes and related compliance.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate or registration processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Marathi is preferred.
