Details of the Job/Internship

Rapid Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Legal Advisor with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels on various matters.
• Maintain legal documentation and records efficiently.
• Offer timely legal advice to internal departments.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized university (LL.M is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and reliable professional.

Salary/Stipend
