Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy.
- Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality – He or She has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
- Generating leads: Identifying and generating new sales leads through a variety of methods, including networking, cold-calling, and following up on leads provided by the company and channel partners.
- Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of closing
- Build trust, value other
