Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Mira Road.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy.
• Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate effectively to prospects.
• Use analytics-driven skills to act on key sales parameters.
• Maintain a well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
• Generate sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing suitable residential properties.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build trust and value client relationships.
