Ravi Group Builders & Developers is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Mira Road.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy.
• Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate it to prospects.
• Use analytics-driven skills to understand and act on key sales parameters.
• Maintain a polished and well-groomed personality to achieve monthly targets and uphold the company’s image.
• Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions.
• Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing relevant residential properties.
• Deliver sales numbers as per the business plan.
• Build trust and value relationships.
