Details of the Job/Internship

RegisterKaro is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented IP Associate (Entry-Level) to join its legal and compliance team in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates who wish to build a career in the field of trademark filing and prosecution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting trademark searches, drafting, and filing trademark applications with the Indian Trade Marks Registry.
• Support in trademark prosecution matters, including examination report responses, show cause hearings, and client coordination.
• Prepare legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Affidavits, and assignment deeds.
• Maintain accurate records of filings, deadlines, and client portfolios.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for updates, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Stay updated with amendments in the Trade Marks Act and developments in Indian IP law.

Eligibility

• Final semester LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates.
• Interest and basic knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights, particularly Trademarks.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
