Sameera Land Developers is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of Customer Agreements like Construction Agreement, Agreement to Sell and sell deeds purporting to convey Undivided Share of Land to the customers, and other necessary legal documents like Affidavit, Memorandum of Understanding, etc.
- Courts to follow up on the litigation matters that the Company has and follow them up with the panel lawyers who represent the Company before the court/s, and update higher officials concerned.
- Co-ordinating with the Company's panel lawyers and meeting them, discussing with them the legal issues, and in cases where a legal reply to a contractor or vendor is expected in response to any notice or letter sent by them, get them drafted through the panel lawyers and ensuring that the Company is legally protected.
- Preparing legal due diligence of immovable properties proposed to be purchased by the Company.
- Coordinating with the officials of other departments and complying with their legal requirements.
- RERA filing, Regularization of plots, Online Documentation for registration, Online Planning permission Updation.
- Coordinating with the officials of banks and financial institutions that have approved the Company's project at Chennai and taking care of their legal requirements like providing necessary legal documents, clearing their legal doubts regarding the Project, etc.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: B.L./LLB.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Real-estate Industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Strong team player with Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary/Stipend
15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
