Sewani Construction is hiring a Legal Administrator to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day legal documentation and compliance for development projects.
- Draft, review, and electronically archive conveyance deeds, MoUs, redevelopment agreements, and society resolutions.
- Prepare and submit RERA, NA/UDC, and GDCR filings.
- Track stamp duty, registration, and statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with surveyors, revenue offices, registrars, and external counsel.
- Schedule hearings and report outcomes to management.
- Monitor changes in land- and society-related legislation.
- Update standard operating procedures based on legislative changes.
- Deliver clear checklists and briefing notes to project, finance, and sales teams to ensure compliance.
