Details of the Job/Internship
Shreeyash Associates is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Pune. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of real estate legal operations and effective case management by providing legal and compliance support under the supervision of the compliance operations team, coordinating with clients for RERA registrations and compliance requirements, and conducting legal research and documentation to support real estate compliance work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to senior lawyers.
- Facilitate project registration and compliance on the RERA portal.
- Handle communication and coordination with clients.
- Prepare and file applications under RERA.
- Cross-check promoter compliance as per RERA provisions.
- Handle documentation relating to major land laws, including 7/12 extracts and society/apartment formation processes.
- Locate and develop case-relevant information and maintain proper records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in legal assistance, preferably in real estate matters.
- Familiarity with land laws.
- Understanding of legal procedures, documentation, and compliance protocols.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi, including typing and reading.
