Details of the Job/Internship
SNELWEG Techno Legal LLP is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Sonipat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle arbitration matters end-to-end and manage legal strategy for high-value disputes.
- Draft Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Rejoinders, and written submissions.
- Conduct research on both legal and technical issues.
- Ensure timely filings, procedural compliance, and efficient case management.
- Manage professional communication with external clients and the internal legal team.
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules and organizing files.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience in arbitration or commercial disputes.
- Candidates from a litigation background wishing to transition into pure arbitration are welcome.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal research tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
