Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Lawyer to support the Legal Department in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas, including corporate, civil, and real estate law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.).
- Attending meetings alongside the Lawyer and taking accurate notes on proceedings.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, investment, and real estate laws.
- Organizing documents for legal filing and record keeping.
- Transcribing and proofreading legal documents and commercial contracts.
- Keep updates on court dates and hearings.
- Maintaining Corporate confidentiality and privacy.
- Keep track of all Commercial Contract Expiration dates and renewals as well as upcoming court hearings or legal updates, to be shared frequently with the Legal Manager.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Eligibility
- Experience required: total experience of 5 years
- UAE experience 3 yrs required
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Proven experience as a lawyer in Dubai or the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- UAE bar certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Aed 15K to 20K/-
