Details of the Job/Internship

Sonigara Corp is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
• Ensure documentation complies with legal standards and internal policies.
• Support legal proceedings and maintain accurate case files.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external legal entities.
• Organize, update, and manage legal and regulatory records.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a documentation-focused legal role.
• Proficiency in legal document drafting and compliance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
