Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Techno Legal Assistant (Intellectual Property Associate) with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct prior art searches on paid and free databases.
• Collaborate with teams to assess IP risks and opportunities associated with products and technologies.
• Conduct freedom to operate analysis for products and platforms.
• Prepare responses to First Examination Reports.
• Create an initial understanding of inventions and collaborate with inventors for Information Disclosure Form drafting.
• Review and draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Review privacy data-related documents.

Eligibility

Graduation Degree (B.Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
