Taurant Projects Ltd is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The role involves drafting case matters, preparing pleadings and documents, coordinating with advocates, obtaining case reports, and handling contract documents. The position requires flexibility, commitment, and the ability to work under urgent timelines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently draft case matters, pleadings, and legal documents.
- Appear in courts across India as required.
- Coordinate with advocates and obtain case reports.
- Review and understand contract documents.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
- Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in handling legal websites and court portals.
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
