Details of the Job/Internship
VBHC Value Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Assist in filing criminal complaints involving white-collar crimes and financial frauds.
- Provide legal support on CrPC/BNS matters and real estate-related issues.
- Conduct compliance checks and due diligence for corporate and property transactions.
- Undertake legal research and prepare internal legal opinions or memos.
- Support cross-functional teams on regulatory and contractual matters.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–4 years (preferably in real estate firms or law firms).
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws in Bangalore/Karnataka.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with criminal procedures and white-collar legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
- Exposure to legal academic work and legal research is an added advantage.
