VEDAK is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing a wide range of contracts and related documents.
• Providing clear and concise feedback on contractual risks.
• Conducting follow-up discussions with internal stakeholders when required.
• Proactively managing and leading contract negotiations.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and external legal counsel.
• Staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations.

Eligibility

• BA LLB qualification is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of contract review and risk analysis.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
