Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Noida, Sector 63. This is a night shift role (9 PM to 6 AM) offering a full-time salary of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.

Role and Responsibilities

• Learn to draft and prepare various legal documents, including motions, discoveries, responses, and complaints.
• Gain hands-on experience in pre-litigation processes and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research across U.S. federal and state laws.
• Collaborate on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
• Develop skills in managing deadlines, calendaring tasks, and coordinating with clients.
• Support attorneys by providing paralegal and administrative assistance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with litigation experience may apply.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
