Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
Document Review:
- Conduct comprehensive document review, ensuring compliance with case requirements, identifying relevant facts, and summarizing critical information.
Legal Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including but not limited to:
- Motions: Motion for Summary Judgment, Motion to Compel, Motion to Set Special Hearing, and other motions as required.
- Complaints, Answers, and Affirmative Defenses.
- Notices: Notice of Hearing, Notices of Discovery, etc.
- Discovery responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
E-filing:
- Manage electronic filing of legal documents across various court jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with court rules.
Legal Research:
- Conduct detailed research on case laws, statutes, and regulations to support attorneys and legal teams.
- Support in preparing case summaries, chronologies, and trial binders.
- Maintain case databases and organize case files to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external counsel to ensure seamless communication and deliverables.
- Adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an LPO environment.
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research specially in Civil Litigation.
- Proficient in handling motions and legal filings.
- Familiarity with discovery processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
