Details of the Job/Internship
Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 6 months of corporate experience to join its office at Noida Sector 63. This is a full-time, night-shift role involving legal drafting, research, and paralegal support across US, UK, European, and Canadian legal frameworks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, discoveries, complaints, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing trial and litigation-related documents.
- Initiate and manage pre-litigation processes.
- Draft and vet litigation documents and provide paralegal and administrative support.
- Apply and understand federal and state laws across US jurisdictions.
- Assist in matters involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Manage calendaring, scheduling, and legal deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a corporate legal role.
- Proficiency in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM.
