Details of the Job/Internship
Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a Legal Assistant with 6+ months of corporate experience to join its team at Noida Sector 63, H Block. The role involves working during the night shift (9 PM to 6 AM) and handling legal tasks across US, UK, European, and Canadian jurisdictions. The position requires strong drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing legal documents including motions, discoveries, responses, and complaints.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in preparation of trial documents.
- Initiating and managing pre-litigation processes.
- Drafting and vetting litigation-related documents.
- Understanding and applying federal and state laws across US jurisdictions.
- Assisting on matters involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Managing calendaring, scheduling, and tracking legal deadlines.
- Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining effective communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in corporate legal work.
- Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
- Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience in contract management is preferable.
