Details of the Job/Internship

Votum is hiring a Legal Intern for a duration of 2–3 months (extendable) in a remote or hybrid setup.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, judgments, and precedents.
• Draft contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Review documents for compliance, accuracy, and risk assessment.
• Prepare case studies and legal briefs on technology in legal practice.
• Contribute to knowledge management by summarizing judgments and curating precedents.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and proposals for business development.
• Suggest ideas for campaigns, events, and webinars targeting legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Current law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year course / final year in a 3-year course) or recent graduate.
• Strong research and drafting skills preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Interest in legal technology and innovation.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
