Details of the Job/Internship

Dhanutek Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for companies.
• Advise start-ups in venture capital transactions and assist with fundraising documentation and closure of transactions.
• Structure domestic and cross-border transactions related to acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Understand applicable laws and advise on compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. and LL.M.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Experience in venture capital and M&A transactions preferred.

Salary/Stipend
